- Donor database and pledge and payment processing
- Reporting and analytics that support your operations and can populate the other software you use to run your organization
All of these features are maintained on a secure platform in the cloud.
Your Site Content - Pages, Forms and Files
DonorPoint online content is organized by Pages. Most of these are Forms for entering donations, registering for events, buying raffle tickets, bidding on auction items, or just providing contact information. You create and publish Pages in DonorPoint, which you link to your website, social media accounts, and emails.
Your Fundraisers - Events, Raffles, Auctions …
Activities are DonorPoint’s templates for different kinds of fundraising and other activities that make up the content on the DonorPoint forms:
- Events
- Raffles
- Auctions
- Personalized Fundraisers
- Peer-to-Peer Campaigns
- Workplace Campaigns
- Volunteering
Pages and Activities bridge the gap between what your organization does to raise money or effort (activities) and how they’re presented to your donors (pages). For example you might have a gala where you take money for registrations, sell raffle tickets, conduct an online auction, and just accept donations. In DonorPoint you can create all three of those activities and publish them to one form, making it easy for a constituent to register for the event, buy raffle tickets and make a donation in one transaction. On the back-end you can manage the distinct parts of that event with the specific tools for the event, raffle, and auction all in one system. And after the event you can report on the entire success from one place.
And with that data on your constituents in one place, you can leverage it to send personalized emails that reflect the constituents’ engagement with your organization.
