Ticket Numbers
DonorPoint assigns sequential ticket numbers from the raffle’s number pool when a transaction is saved. Ticket numbers are stored on the Raffle Ticket Order Item and printed on generated tickets (when configured with a Document Template).
Ticket Templates (PDF)
Configure a Document Template on the Raffle Ticket Item to generate printable PDF tickets. The template can include the ticket number, donor name, raffle name, and any custom fields. See Document Templates.
Additional Contacts
Raffle items can use Additional Contacts to collect the names of each ticket holder when selling bundles. See Additional Contacts.
Reporting
The Raffle Ticket Order Items list view shows all purchased tickets with their numbers, donors, and transaction details. Use the built-in raffle reports for ticket count by solicitor and other standard analyses.
