Coordinator Portal and Reporting
Workplace campaign coordinators — both internal staff and employer-side coordinators — need visibility into campaign progress. DonorPoint provides dashboards, reports, and a coordinator-facing portal.
Coordinator Dashboard
The campaign dashboard (configured via the GivingCampaign’s dashboard settings) shows:
- Overall campaign progress: total pledged vs. goal, participation rate
- By employer: pledge total, participation count, response rate
- By designation: which funds/agencies are receiving the most support
Access the dashboard from the GivingCampaign edit view’s Overview tab, or via the Report link on the campaign.
Employer Dashboards
Each employer organisation can have its own dashboard view showing only their employees’ data. These are View Pages configured with the employer organization in context, providing a self-service reporting screen accessible from the employer’s portal login.
Key Reports
Participation Report — employees by status: pledged, declined, not responded. Use this for follow-up campaigns.
Payroll Report — pledge totals by employer, broken down by pay period. Used for payroll file generation and employer remittance reconciliation.
Payout and Remittance Report — designation totals by agency, with fee calculations. Used for payout batch preparation.
Viewing Payout Batches
Payout batches for a GivingCampaign are accessible from the GivingCampaign’s Payouts tab. Each batch shows the cutoff date, status (Created/Committed), and per-agency distribution. See Payout Batches.
