Federated Campaigns and iGuide
Workplace campaigns typically distribute donated funds to federated charitable agencies. DonorPoint manages this through fund groups, designation routing, and the payout engine.

In the Workplace Context
Fund Groups present donors with a curated list of designatable agencies on the giving form. The fund group assigned to a Donation Item determines which agencies appear.
iGuide is an external directory of federated agencies. DonorPoint can sync fund records from iGuide annually. Contact DonorPoint support to configure iGuide synchronisation.
Write-in designations allow employees to designate to agencies not in the fund group list. These are held in payout batches with reason “Write-In” until manually resolved.
ZIP-based routing can filter the designation list shown to employees based on their home ZIP code, routing local employees to local agencies.
