List Views Reference

Every list view in DonorPoint shows a default set of columns and supports filtering by specific fields. The columns shown by default can be changed using the column selector. Custom fields you have defined are also available as optional columns on the relevant list views.

Constituent Records

Contacts

Default columns: First Name, Last Name, City, Phone, Email, Account

Organizations

Default columns: Name, Short Name, City, State, Account

Transactions

Recurring Donations

  • All list views support additional columns beyond the defaults via the column selector (gear icon)
  • Custom fields defined on a record type are available as selectable columns on that list view
  • The Archived filter is available on list views for record types that support archiving
  • The Status filter (Active/Deleted/Test) is available on Contacts, Organizations, and Transactions
