Master Data

The Master Data page provides a single location for managing all reference and lookup lists used throughout DonorPoint. Access it from the sidebar under Content → Master Data.

Each item on the page links to the corresponding list, where you can create, edit, archive, or reorder reference values. These values populate drop-down fields across contacts, transactions, and communications.

Notes

  • All reference lists support Sort Order — use this to control the order in which values appear in drop-down menus.
  • Most lists support an Archived flag. Archiving a value hides it from new record creation but preserves it on any existing records that already use it.
  • Some values are marked System — these are created and managed by DonorPoint and should not be deleted.
