Scheduled Reports

Any List Report can be scheduled for automatic email delivery. DonorPoint runs the report on the configured schedule and emails the results as an Excel attachment to the specified recipients.

Setting Up a Scheduled Report

  1. Open the List Report you want to schedule
  2. Click Subscribe (or Schedule)
  3. Configure the delivery settings:
Setting Description
Schedule Frequency: daily, semi-weekly, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly
Start Date When the schedule begins
Recipients Email addresses to receive the report
Active Enable or pause the subscription
  1. Save — the subscription is created and will run automatically

Managing Subscriptions

All report subscriptions are visible in the Report Subscriptions list view, accessible from the Reporting & Analytics section of the sidebar. From there you can:

  • View all active and inactive subscriptions
  • Edit the schedule, recipients, or other settings
  • Pause a subscription without deleting it
  • Delete a subscription

Timing

Scheduled reports run nightly. Reports configured for weekly delivery run on the day of the week matching their start date. The report reflects data as of the time it runs, so a daily report emailed each morning shows the previous day’s full data.

Filters and Columns

The report is delivered with the same columns and filters that were active when the subscription was saved. To change what the scheduled report includes, open the report, adjust the columns and filters, save the view, and update the subscription.
